4 Day Sea Kayak Expedition
Four days deeper into the archipelago — quiet camps, the best snorkelling in the park and the aptly named Paradise Beach on Koh Wai.
4 Day Sea Kayak Expedition
Our 4-day expedition takes in the highlights of the south coast and reaches out to the beautiful island of Koh Wai — one of the best snorkelling spots in the whole park. Expect rock hopping, real coffee on hidden beaches and genuinely wild camps.
Tour itinerary
Every multi-day expedition begins with a relaxed familiarisation day. Distances are a guide — the sea always has the final say.
Familiarisation Day
Kit fitting, route briefing and paperwork at our office — the relaxed start to every multi-day trip.
Bang Bao → Wai Chaek → Salak Phet
From Bang Bao east to undeveloped Wai Chaek Beach, then along the south coast to Koh Prao Nok & Nai and Salak Phet Bay.
Salak Phet → Koh Ngam → Koh Lao Ya → Koh Wai
Past the Koh Chang Memorial to tiny Koh Ngam, then short crossings via Koh Lao Ya to Koh Wai and Paradise Beach.
Koh Wai → Koh Klum → Bang Bao
A day of rock hopping and snorkelling down the south coast of Koh Wai, then a 3 km crossing to Koh Klum and a 7 km open crossing to Bang Bao.
Koh Chang West Coast
The spectacular west coast home — sea caves with resident bats, lunch at Lonely Beach, and time to reflect on the way back to Magic Resort.

Common questions
Do I need previous kayaking experience?
Some paddling fitness helps, but no formal experience is required. You take responsibility for choosing a trip that suits your ability — if you’re unsure, just ask and we’ll advise honestly.
How big are the groups?
Small and personal — a maximum 1:6 guide-to-paddler ratio, up to 7 guests, so you get real coaching and a better experience.
What equipment is provided?
Everything technical — Tiderace kayaks, Werner & GearLab paddles, Palm buoyancy aids, spraydecks, dry bags, snorkelling and full safety gear. You just bring the personal items on our What to Bring list.
When can I do this trip?
Season: Nov–May. Tell us your dates and we’ll match you to the right departure — or arrange a private group booking.
Is it safe?
Safety comes first. Buoyancy aids are worn at all times, our guides are qualified and first-aid trained, every multi-day trip begins with a familiarisation day, and we carry full safety and repair kit.
How do I book?
Booking is a conversation, not a checkout. Message us on WhatsApp, LINE or email. A 25% deposit secures your place; the balance is due at least 6 weeks before you paddle.
